Contract awarded for Cleaning services and window cleaning outdoor locations and window cleaning Pettelaarpark (Headquarters) Aa en Maas
The assignment concerns cleaning services and window cleaning for the outdoor locations and window cleaning Pettelaarpark 70 (head office) of AA and Maas. An agreement has been drawn up for this assignment with the title of the same name. The content of the entire services is included in the Program of Requirements (Appendix 1) and in Appendix 2 "Cleaning work program Result" The location of the assignment is all outdoor locations for the cleaning services and Pettelaarpark 70 for the window cleaning, which are included in the price sheet/ cost calculation (Appendix 3). AA and Maas wishes to switch to a result -oriented form of cleaning services for the outdoor locations. The reason for this is that this is the most common form of contracting in the market and wishes to connect AA and Maas to this. The periodic quality controls will still remain outsourced to an independent external party.
