the purpose of this market is the recruitment and skills evaluation services for the edf group and its french subsidiaries: hydrostadium, edf pei, oklima, edf trading logistics, electricité de strasbourg, edvance (only for lots 1 and 2) direct. the following subsidiaries are in stipulation for others: cerga, cham, cte, cyclife engineering cyclife france sa, cyclife holding, datanumia, edev, edf trading, edf trading markets ltd, eifer, edf business foundation, framatome, ggf, group, group services, ifopse, izi solutions, izivia, metroscope, monha, nuward, perfesco, protertia, safidi, shema, sofilo, sowee, stmc6, yxir, ccas, they will benefit, if they wish and at their first request, commercial conditions of the market passed by edf its for its needs on the metropolitan area, corsica and drom-com. the recruitment service concerns the following populations: • employees on an indefinite contract (cdi): young graduates or candidates with professional experience; • alternating (on an apprenticeship contract or in professionalization contracts); • school trainees (in school internship agreement); • employees on cifre contract (doctoral students). and applies to three colleges: - execution: candidates of training less than bac +2 (young graduate candidate or experienced candidate); - master: candidates of training level of bac+2 to bac+4 (young graduate candidate), or lower diploma level, but with equivalences in terms of professional experience (experienced candidate); - executive: candidates of training level higher than bac+4 (young graduate candidate) or lower diploma level, but having equivalences in terms of professional experience (experienced candidate). 4 lots are planned on this market, for a period of 5 years, including 3 firm years and 2 optional periods of 1 year each. procedure: negotiated with prior publication of a call for competition. internal identifier: avis007857
